Why is the course so expensive? Why don't you make them more accessible to the community-at-large?

Being a sportsperson and a student at the same time was very tough for me, I was not able to handle studies and basketball at the same time due to which i was getting bad grades and not performing well on the court also. One day my friend introduced me to Art of Living YES+ course, initially i resisted on attending the program but then i thought lets give it a chance, and it WORKED. Various breathing techniques, yoga and meditations i learned during the course made me more energetic, focused and increased my concentration that my grades improved and i was awarded the MVP of the Year. It enhanced my time management skills which is still helping me today in my job as a College basketball coach.

This course opens the mind to innovate and become dynamic, so as to fearlessly take on additional challenges and responsibility.

YESPlus has changed my outlook on how life works in a community setting. It has taught me about socializing, and how to be real with people. It has made me more aware of my own insecurities and how they play a role in my relationships with others. It has reminded me to follow my passions, and that in following them, being challenged doesn’t mean to give up. It means to go into the growth. I’m walking away with a new definition of family and friends. A true understanding that home is where the heart is. A re-united trust in humanity and great desire to be of service to and for others.
